God is so good. He provides shelter and rest in storms and trials.
update: Gracie is on day 14 cycle 3. Her counts are still 0 and we’re dealing with the side effects from that. She’s definitely getting better with nausea and her pain seems to be controlled with the medications we have for her. All in all she definitely still has some smiles and cuddles in her. God is good.
ending thought: please pray for peace as we wait for testing at the end of this cycle. It’s going to make sure the cancer is still gone. Anxiety keeps popping up thinking about it but there’s a quote I said before from a book I keep going back to “it’s impossible to feel fear and gratitude at the same time”. So every anxious thought, the Lord brings that reminder and I start speaking gratitude for every minute with my family.
