God is our healer, sustainer, provider and our strength.
Update: It's officially been 1 year since we rang the bell and got our "green cap" meaning all done and job well done!!! 1 year since our zoom party where we celebrated a finished job and Gods goodness. We have had 365 days of growing, gaining weight, healing and doing things normal 4 year olds do (like playing with our best friends--the cousins, lots of tea parties, putting things in our hair as it grows and being at home). She has continued to be a testimony to God and His healing. She has also shown us what it means to be grateful for each day. We never know what the next day holds. One of the most memorable things during Gracie's journey was actually the beginning. There was a call to pray for her when we were life flighted. One person wrote "all I can think of is "talitha cumi" little girl arise". That verse was on repeat in my mind and heart as we sat in the hospital for 8 months. Grace has not only arisen she is running and is a testimony to Gods plans for her, giving glory to Him for all He has done.
Final thought: God is good.
