God is good. There’s a song “goodness of God” that captivates me everytime I hear it. The part that talks about God’s goodness running always reminds me, God’s goodness is there I just need to be still.
Update: Round 2 has So far started out well. Gracie girl has been smiles, chowing on popcorn, guacamole, and chips. It’s amazing to see how resilient she is and what a strong spirit the Lord has put in her. We’ve also made progress with our stink eye. She has actually given out smiles, high fives and even talked to some of our nurses instead of giving the stink eye. Praying that in some way we are ministering to the staff here.
Final thought: The little, small details are the things that cloud my ability to sense God’s goodness. I’m praying that instead of grumbling, complaining and anger, I would turn any moment into giving thanks.
