God is good. We are so thankful to serve Him in any way we can.
Update: Grace has taken this first week like a champ. There’s been ups and downs but overall she’s been strong and full of Grace just like her name. There’s been tears and there’s been some feelings of sadness or defeat at times, but in those moments God has spoken to our family. One example, I was down and was frustrated and God gently reminded me that the same spirit that raised Christ from the dead lives in Grace and I. Today we remember the gift of Grace. Her birthday brings so many memories of her growing up. God’s gift. This week is simply symptom management, boost her bone marrow with a medication, get out of bed and one dose of chemo meds.
Ending thought: Seriously the same spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in us…how does that not make you feel excited to live?
